I have this guitar in high-gloss Ebony. Changed its stock all-black top hat control knobs to the Gibson black top hat with metal inserts. And just a few days ago, replaced its stock gold Grover tuners to the gold Grover locking tuners with Keystone buttons. I like my black ES-355 a lot.
@@Godgunsguitar123I know I already responded to your question. But it went away. Anyway, the Ebony version of this guitar is an Epiphone Exclusive. It’s only available for purchase directly from the official Epiphone website.

That looks like the Epiphone Riviera, that I had in tha sixties, only not as fancy. I remember everyone at first thought it was a 355,Gibson. Also, yours seems to be much larger. Do you know anything about what happened the Riviera? Thanks for a fine effort, nice sound!
I would say for $699 probably made in China if you search it on like sweetwater of musicians friend it will usually say country of origin at the bottom of the specs
I probably would agree with you. But just to give you an idea of how I make these videos I usually have two cameras set up on a tripod and then I have my cell phone and I use the camera for that. I usually set up a microphone in the room And make a recording in logic so I can get a decent sound for the video. So what I am doing is I start all the cameras and the logic video in the back of my mind I’m always conscience. Are the cameras still running? what have you. Plus I am thinking of what I’m going to say and what songs I’m going to play. What music. So for some stupid reason, I wasn’t thinking the guitar would be heard better without effect. I probably agree with you. I think the next video I’m going to do. I’m going to not use any effect that way the the person listening can get a better idea of what the guitar sounds like.
I don’t know if you would like white. They make a white one but I’m pretty sure it has gold hardware. Log on to sweetwater and give it a look. I have a sg and a Gibson les Paul they are all red so I guess it is a thing with me. Thanks for watching I appreciate it.
Love mine with case .. Wonderful Custom Shop Epiphone ! Snare is on ..

I like this in also. If you don’t mind me asking where did you find the black one. I am having a hard time trying to locate one?

Good work. Have one and love it. Get a workbench.
I have one it’s filled with tools😊
Agree with tommc49, would like to start without effects, to get tonal variation ,
Pickup sound etc.
I believe you are right bro only thing I can say is next time. Thanks for the feedback

They still make them $699 on sweetwater
What is the song you play as the demo, it sounds like a Lennon or a Beatles song but I cannot recall it
Something
Actually the one you have is fancier, with appointments, features that mey be nicer, but what happened to the Riviera, and was it made in USA?

I didn’t realize this was a file review. Next time I need a new file , I’ll check back. Thanks for nothing.
Well when you buy an Epiphone you will need a few files. It’s kinda the point of the video bro. Thank you and God bless
I haven’t had to file any of my new Epiphones. I have inspired by Gibson and inspired by custom shop. I have 3, Les Paul, SG and Firebird.
Personally, I rather hear the pickups without any effects at the beginning.
