I literally just watched this. Thought he made some goods about making yourself (not you personally but anyone) more presentable, by making your hair look better and beard, and washing your hair which was aimed more at the first girl.
For the hair loss stuff. Barbers are experts in making hair look good, not in determining if someone is balding. Please check with a professional just to be sure, like he said you can't go back you can only prevent it. You also seem very fond of your hair so it's going to be painful to loose it.

It baffles me how we can end up feeling like there's no exit at all from the point in life we're at, when I reality there's multiple different ways to tackle our problems, I also, like Jaren, have been improving a lot in life since I watched his "27 years old and never had a Girlfriend" video but I've improved thanks to totally different things and people to what he mentions in this video, there's always hope, and I haven't gotten a relationship yet, but I'm pretty sure getting it is not the solution to the problem for most people like us.

Only difference is we pick heavy stuff up and then put it back down when we're done. Try it out, worst case scenario you won't like it, best case scenario it helps you even more. Just like it did with me, a few years ago. 39 now, started at 34, it's never too late... :P

I’m glad you found meditation. It’s good to mark a life change; we can do this in many ways, but one of these is to form a new cyclical ritual carried out day-by-day. For me, it was weightlifting, and I’ll never stop. Meditation is a great choice.
The part about having similar interests is so true which is why I avoid parties most of the time. I hate to say this and it might sound bad but I have more in common with most of my co workers than my own family.

Be careful comparing yourself to the older alternate reality you, think about the great man you can become not the depressing guy you could devolve into. Hey man! I just wanna tell you, I can see you've improved a lot in your mindset. I'd just like to give you some feedback on what I noticed in your speech. I hear you constantly making grunts, moans or throat clearing as you talk. It might be a vocal tic that is manifesting due to some stress or other underlying issue (my sister had that during her hard times). But it might be just something unconscious that you didn't get feedback not to do. To me gives off the vibe of "this guy doesn't really have a lot of friends or talk to people". Also, you have sometimes trouble articulating your sentences. Talking to people, especially guys is the first and easiest step to getting sociable and talking to girls and becoming less socially awkward. And it's a strange thing, but I found that "arguing with random strangers on the internet" or writing in the comment section (like here) is a fun excercise that actually helps me articulate my thoughts and formulate sentences properly. And there are plenty of good topics to comment on. Things like speech and social skills are like learning a language, a musical instrument, or a sport. You need to put the reps in to get good. So is humour. I actually learnt a lot of my social skills from one of my extraverted friends, just by being around him and watching him interact with people, so that's another way to practice. Edit: Same thing with the volume modulation of your vocie. You start speaking really, really loud at times. Raising your voice a little when you're talking about something that engages you is natural, but the volume and frequency at which it happens is off.

I normally agree (or find it difficult to argue with) a lot of the points Think Before You Sleep makes. But he often has this accusatory "why didn't you already know this" tone that makes him sound like an easily flustered know-it-all I.T. guy who gets off on playing Captain Hindsight.
He gave you good advice, I like his videos. It is a blast of truth. I think it is worth meditating on Christ for 20 minutes everyday. I am glad you are in a better place.
Hoping you will absorb as much as possible from Tate and TBYS, with that potential you can easily make a gigantic impact on millions of people and causes, to the point where monetization isn't even gonna get close to being a concern.
