You know how long it takes to collect child support I’m still waiting July will make it a year smh so I know she’s lying. Texas has so many cases to deal with because of the ones who applied for child support and the ones who are getting Medicaid for their children. She might has a case because that grown toddler is on Medicaid and they have to go after the other parent to keep receiving Medicaid.

They have to pay back for every doctors, eye, dental and emergency visits. Yes if they do get cash assistance they would have to pay back every penny the state gives that parent far as tanf goes.
