I put an eyelet on the wire that was broken on mine three years ago and ran a screw in where the wire broke off at the plastic. Gravely 1840XL zero turn is what I have.
I just had a newer Husquvarna that had a severed wire to the clutch from poor routing of the wire. The rotating part of the clutch wore through the wire. A little solder/shrink tube and good as new.
Yep I have missed your video's, but understand. Great fix and showing us the problem. You guys stay safe and God Bless.

I put in a gen 3 for a customer and all is well.
jeremy where have you been? that is a bad design in the original clutch. Glad to see there is a better design. Good to see you again buddy.
how much does it cost also missed your videos
Jeremy glad to see you back & well. That Gen 3 looks like a much better design.
Stay safe, Joe Z
did you do an update vid on the clutch , work out well ?
Major improvement having the connector molded onto the clutch housing instead of a flying lead coming out of it, bet those fail all the time!
Was wondering if you new how to remove the input shaft on a 99 ezgo elec. 36V cart, i can't find any info on it thanks
The design of that clutch is such that if a wire comes loose, then you have to replace the entire clutch.
My old 2011 Cub had a crap clutch like that
That was a pretty piss poor design, they were always going to brake off!
Great videos 👍
You didn't show the new clutch wires
I sure did. U weren’t paying attention
