Thank you .. i have Mustang 2015 v6. I was struggling with misfire codes and power loss even after changing plugs, coils and cps sensor from few months now. Then i tried this method and it fixed.
Thank you so much for this, I was just able to complete the same thing on the most up to date Forscan. I don't know if it's required but I paid the $12 for the license as it looked like they lock some thing behind it so I just paid it. Not sure if it fixed my misfire problem but I replaced all 6 coils and all the injectors so I really hope this was it.
Must I have a forscan adapter cable or can I use just a standard OBD two to USB from jackal motorsports? I just borrowed my cousin. I haven’t tried yet but I’m curious will that still work? He uses it for tuning so I assume it would.
Good video, have a question. Tried this on my 2010 Fusion after replacing the crankshaft sensor, when I tried to run the misfire monitor reset, I got message saying service procedure was interrupted. I had met all the pre-conditions with the exception of disabling electric steering. No idea how to do that. Any ideas? In the meantime I took the car out for a 20 mile ride, high and low speed roads, runs beautifully. Thanks, Markl
@@JessieRingley Does the as built data need to be restored before performing this procedure or can I do it with a custom 93 oct. tune......I've read to perform crank relearn it should be done on as/built data......2016 mustang GT new clutch installed.....Did crank relearn but still need to do this monitor reset? Can you give me the correct procedure?

Does the Factory Tune need to be restored in order to perform this function? Or can it be done on a Tuned file thats not factory?
How come when I go to do it. It's not one of the options for me under service procedures for my ford focus 2008
Maybe check the version of Forscan you are using
I have FORScan v2.3.48 and don't have those options either. 2014 F250 Super Duty 6.7. Did you ever figure out the reason? Maybe before 2015?
It's not One of the option for me too. I have the last version of Forscan for my 2015 Fiesta 1.4 16v. I can't figure out.
