    it's so refreshing to finally see a critical and insightful analysis of R+J. i'm starting to see the entire play in a whole different light now and it seems more realistic that they were just excited "puppy lovers" rather than the perfect and sacred couple most interpretations always suggest. thank you so much miss for these concise videos, they are so helpful and i look forward to watching more in the future

    My father told me that he have read Romeo and Juliet and interpreted it as a comedy. From what I know about my father, he didn't simply found it humoristic, he actually was laughing his ass off while reading it, kinda like myself when I watched the cards scene from American Psycho

      Wow, interesting that he should have found it *that* funny...! But tbh I did find myself chuckling at quite a few points, especially during those melodramatic / kitschy moments
