    This was brilliant! I love the point you make about the emphasis on families and the tragedy of two young people sacrificing their lives to bring an end to the feud. And the atanaclasis of "civil blood... civil hands."

    Would you in a similar manner discuss the poem "Voila" which is the lyric to Barbara Pravi's song. Her song placed second in the Eurovision contest in 2021. Google translate of the French is good translation. The first verse in the performance of EMMA KOK of this song with Andre Rieu in 2023 Maastritch, reminded me of the Prologue to Romeo and Juliet.
