Chinnamon Stick-1
Pepper- 1 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Star Anaise- 1
Garlic Cloves- 10
Ginger- 2 inch
Green Chilli- 2
Onion- 1(finely chopped)
Cashew Nut- 8
Tomato- 2 Medium Size
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
For Gravy Making:
Oil- 2 tbsp
Cashew Nut- 100gm
Butter- 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds- 2 tsp
Onion- 1 Big in Size
Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Water to adjust Consistency
Ghee- 1 tbsp (optional)
Kasuri Methi
Chopped Coriander Leaves
