No. The voice control feature is not based on siri. It’s a separate feature. And it will not have a bad time on understanding coz the only thing you will say are just numbers.
I had the Mate 20 Pro since Nov 2018 and must say it's the best phone I ever had. With the latest updates on EMUI 9.1 I did get the 30X zoom and enjoy taking moon shots.

I am travelling in China. And I just bought mate30pro yesterday in Huawei retailing shop, it just cost me about 800 euro for 8+256g version. It seems like all the smartphones whatever the brands are, they are all sold much cheaper comparing to Europe. BTW, the phone is super super super sweet!

I have the P30 Pro, love it. My wife just got a Note 10. While doing the initial setup on her note 10 it got very very warm. This is one thing I like about the Huawei phones, they don't get warm. if I had to choose between a very good high zoom camera like the p30 pro or a wide-angle or slow motion I would take the zoom camera any day because you cannot see things at some distances where if you're close enough you can always do a series of shots or panorama

Why are many youtubers not highlighting the difference in SoC's on the two variants of mate 30 pro???... . The mate 30 pro 5G version has the Kirin 990 5G chip manufacturered with 7nm+ EUV technology which is clocked at higher speeds(both CPU and GPU) than the standard 4G Kirin 990. I think many people missed this on the SoC launch. Go back and watch it again. Both have significantly different benchmark scores and performance.

The different in camera right now are in colour, all flagship have a good camera this year.
