      The dumbass has mounted the fans backwards, so he'll be pulling all of the hot air back into his system and increasing his temps instead of expelling it out of the rear of the case as it's designed to so.
      I think bubbles in his pump are the last of this kid's worries! 🤣

    Hi, thanks for this video. Do you have pump noise at 60% RPM, 80% and 100%? I have some suspicions that my AIO is not working correctly, because I have a high-frequency sound at 60% RPM (1900 RPM), which is amplified at 2300 RPM, and after reaching 2600 RPM it is eclipsed by the pump fan, which is also quite loud. These two noises are maddening over time. Should a pump sound like that? Thank you.

  • @arkadymakarian

    Radiator is radiating heat, fans should be installed the way that it will help to exhaust heat from your system (chassis). The way you did is wrong, you will take heat from radiator and push it inside of a chassis.

    Hi. I did not quite understand. Do you have fans on the heatsink blowing into the case? Why hot air inside the case?

    • @BuildsWithV
      @BuildsWithV  2 года назад +1

      The radiator doesn’t get warm so the air going is is fine. It’s the best way to cool your cpu, with fresh cool air. If your fans are exhausting through the radiator then your radiator will absorb all the heat from the gpu. I also have 3 other intake fans at the bottom of the case so even if the radiator gets warm and blows warm air into the case, my other 3 fans will still blow cool air. All those reasons are why I mounted my fans this way.

    • @andreyplatonov228
      @andreyplatonov228 2 года назад

      @@BuildsWithV I think you're right. you have a good case where the cold air intake comes from the bottom, and the vertical position of the video card does not block the air flow. and if the speed of the blowing fans is increased to avoid increased pressure in the case, then the cooling will be generally not bad. How are you with the temperature vrm or ssd? And what is the case model? I don't have much faith in the efficiency of cooling the VRM with a small pump fan.

  • @mentalmeerkat5040
    @mentalmeerkat5040 2 года назад +3

    This is not a optimal way to install an AIO, the radiator pipes should always be higher than pump, due to the risk of air locking the pump with the small amount of air that is in the system.

    • @BuildsWithV
      @BuildsWithV  2 года назад +2

      That is incorrect, the only important thing is for the highest part of the radiator to be higher than the pump. In my case, the top of the rad goes higher than the pump. Any air in the system gets trapped inside the rad and since running all my aios exactly like this, haven’t even heard a bubble noise pass through the pump. When I had it the other way, I’d always hear bubbles.

  • @ZulAceTV
    @ZulAceTV 2 года назад +2

    I think the fan should blow the radiator to make the radiator cool..should reverse the fan for cooling effecient

    • @BuildsWithV
      @BuildsWithV  2 года назад +1

      That will make it hotter since the air inside the case is hot. This way it’s sucking air from outside the case

    Just wondering why you didn’t mount the fans directly to the radiator, and then mount the radiator onto the bracket? Is there an advantage doing it this way?

    • @N8Nefarious
      @N8Nefarious Год назад +1

      The further your radiator is from the air inside the case the better. Slightly better cooling.
      Not as much of an issue if you have a liquid-cooled GPU also, but open-air cases are much hotter than ambient temps. The side compartment in a full tower will be much cooler.

    Doesn't the radiator get hot? The way you set it up wouldn't it suck heat into the case?

    • @BuildsWithV
      @BuildsWithV  10 месяцев назад +1

      So the radiator gets slightly warm but compared to the gpu it’s hardly anything. When I had the fans as exhaust the gpu heat would cause the radiator to get super hot causing my cpu temps to also get hotter. Once I switched to this orientation the cpu temps went down and the gpu temps stayed the same.

      @BuildsWithV  Год назад

      Yeah it doesn’t need a msi MB to work. My mother is gigabyte. Msi center is tricky and sometimes it doesn’t work properly. You make a big mistake mounted that way, bcas the water pump its higher mounted then radiator, wich means all the air bublles inside your aio will claugh in the aio pump. In 1 year max the pump will fail, so GG.

      @xvi_0616 2 года назад +1

      To back the owner of the video, the flow of water is simply not enough to bring down the bubbles into the AIO pump itself. This is actually the best way to mount the radiator with the tubes down, the AIO will be completely fine because the top of the radiator is further up than the pump itself. If you were thinking that the radiator was on the bottom, then yes that would be an issue; but for this instance, the AIO is completely safe and won't have any air come into the pump
