A great bit of footage, well done to whoever had the idea to take this back in the day!
Them Leylands looked 50 years old even back then they were probably less than 20. We had a 270 but sadly let her go.
I know that's what I thought, so I bet they don't exist anymore
Not a loading shovel in sight the good old leyland done it all they were great old work horses hope the young lads to day have a good look at this no labtop needed here l am saveing a few of those wonderful old machines and happly my young son to Phil Maguire lreland
I agree Leylands are my favourite tractors, and it's sad to see so many people disrespect them

The Buckrake operator was busy. It was and indeed still is probably the most important part of the operation. if not filled correctly the silage might not cure .
I haven't a clue what the guy on the buckrake said at all.
They sure do like their Leyland too.
