Hi David, You can start with Isha Upa Yoga. It is online and free. I highly recommend it. Please Google it or search for Sadhguru. You will eventually find it. For the more intense programs you will have to go to a city that offers them. However, you may be able to find a certified Isha teacher in your country. Somewhere in the main Isha website they have teachers listed by country. Best regards
