1 and 2 He doesn’t have a high metabolism, he says he goes on healthy diets and workouts at the gym like 5 to 6 a week to lose all of his weight.
Also, after he eats, he doesn’t consume anything for 24 hours. His body may be used to it by now He trains his stomach to do this.
3. I think he may throw up after the video. The stomach can’t digest so much food digested within minutes
