Je suis un ancien pratiquant de kickboxing et aujourd'hui à 47ans je me suis mis au karaté shotokan histoire de pouvoir pratiquer et durer plus longtemps (j'ai fait un stage avec maître lavorato qui a 73 ans et qui envoie toujours grave). Mon choix du shotokan est en grande partie lié aux résultats de Lyoto et Shinzo Machida (mma et karaté). Osu
