HELLO CHEF PATRICK🧑🏽🍳🤍 THE DISH LOOKS DELICIOUS, I MUST TRY THE BI-COLOR GRITS I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE A NAP AFTER EATING ALL THAT GOODNESS😊 AS ALWAYS, THANKS for SHARING🤍
In my country of Finland we don't have grits but we have something similar: porridge made out of semolina called mannapuuro. There's also a type called vispipuuro. Personally, I don't eat porridge often because I ate it for one year straight every morning in the military. I got enough of it. It is very cheap and filling so I have eaten it during economically rough times but I wasn't happy about it haha. Good video.

Wow
Video is up 😆
The French goat cheese I had was certainly not low in fat… but I like the idea of mixing it with aji amarillo, I must try it.
Goat cheese is lower in fat compared to other cheeses. The Aji Amarillo and goat cheese are a really great combination 👍🏽 Thanks for watching 🙏🏾

Wow yeah if I had to eat grits for a year straight I wouldn’t want to look at another grit 😂 Thanks for watching 🙏🏾
