    You can try not using the foil paper because it leeches a negative into the food into the water even though it's wrapped because it's boiling. It opens up the fiber of what you're cooking and still leeches the toxic from the aluminum into the food. But it's beautiful. I was watching to find something vegan and I found your channel well put together. I love it. I love the easiness of having the pre-grined Yuca, so that's awesome. I appreciate knowing that and the store that you have introduced, but as for the aluminum foil, it's kind of like leeches from what I'm able to learn. Hope I'm not offending anyone leeches toxin into the bloodstream when you cook with it so a lot of people is aware and some are not. I'm just sharing that's all I'm doing. Just sharing that I found that and you can look it up the studies for it for yourself. What is cooking with aluminum or people say aluminum what it does to the brain, but I appreciate your vegan recipe on the pasteles. Thank you so much!.

    Well, no. I'm trying to find the famous Chilean version - Lomito con Palta - which is made at the justifiably famous Fuente Alemana restaurant in Santiago and is cooked, sliced pork loin with avocado and a homemade mayonnaise they make there. It is absolutely fabulous. It doesn't have chimichurri, which I also love, but is something completely different.

      Primero lo freí a temperatura más baja y luego una segunda vez a temperatura más alta. Esto hace que el chicharrón quede más crocante. Gracias por ver 🙏🏾
