    How much (quarts or square feet) of soil did you use? what was mix? that would be helpful for shopping

    That compost looks a bit Loose, I fill mine completely with compost and it didn't hold water, any thoughts? Maybe some soil \ top soil in the bottom to stop the water flooding out?

      Add water retention gel mixed in with the compost

    Has Vegtrug experimented with making this a self-watering or wicking unit? Please keep us posted should Suttons or the manufacturer do so. THANKS!

    The plants shown in this video are root-bound. If you weren't planting them in extremely soft planting mix, but rather in a soil-based garden, they would not do well at all.
