Take a ruler, a long one, or even a ground alu/steel stock and lay it across, make sure its parallel, take a scoring tool, take a brush with some oil, clamp down the ruler, oil down the line of it and score as you would normally. That will give you in his case, i would guess at least 4 window panes scored up in no time, done well and precise and after that, he would just need to bring the glass to the edge of the cast iron table of the saw and having it clamped accordingly, just break off the pieces... All cuts woulda been nice, much faster and less tormentous to him... The sanding would also have been reduced greatly thereby...

Rob, in LightBurn alter the fill setting to "Fill groups together" and change your line interval to 0.15mm. This will drastically speed up the process without a noticeable degradation in output quality. I use my Co2 for all sorts of things. I find it especially useful for marking out hole centres in wood and metal. Give the metal a light coat of paint then laser it or stick a piece of paper on it.

You need to vectorize what you’re engraving. This way, it wont engrave point by point by in a continued line. What takes you 1 hour to engrave might take you around 3-4 minutes if the drawing is vectorized. But anyway, you solved the issue (kind of a overkill) by purchasing an amazing (envious af) co2 cutter. Cheers

It’s endlessly amusing how many of the RUclips channels I watch, follow each other.

so just to do the Bus funding there was purchase of 3 separate tools,
i am starting to get feeling that the plaques are going to barely make any money because it will all get put towards the new tools.
DankPods? the Frank and Dank adventures of Ausie drummer and his snake GF Dank?
nice, (power on, Bluetooth mode, Auxilary mode) *scarlet fire plays*.

Lightburn can import data from CSV so you can make all the plaques personalised.

The best way to clean up broken glass edges i've seen, is to not clean them up at all. you can run a piece of tape along the score edge if you want, but any frame is going to hide the edge anyway, so cleaning it up is pointless. its kind of funny to take apart a really high quality framed painting and see the edge of the glass looking terrible lol. all the professional glass cutters i know that do matting and framing just cut with a straight edge and a wheel and then break their glass with either the tiny hammer or grabbing the edge with the grabby side of the wheel cutter
