These bikes are really mind blowing as they do remind me of the old days when I used to ride my retro bikes such as the Yamaha 650, Honda 750, Triumph. I got very sad when I sold them & bought a car. These old good days.
@@pascoe42 The Kawasaki W800s have 360 degree crank and a long stroke engine with bigger flywheel but balance shaft for smoothness yet with a slight throb. Very good torque. It by far is the most retro design of any of these bikes. A real joy to ride on a country road.

The new 900 Kaw also comes (or it was offered at some point) in the original paint scheme of the '73 Z900. It was maroon and orange. I had a '73 in that paint scheme...
I like the retro bikes but the prices arent too retro! Who the hell can afford one of these for over $10 grand??? You can buy a nice brand new car for the prices of these. The Royal Enfields might be the only one there that might be considered somewhat affordable!

true retro = expensive when bike makers break this formula they would be flooded with sales. true retro beauty = affordable . like how yamaha broke myth of exp naked bike when it launched fz.
The Kawasaki W800 and the Royal Enfield Interceptor would be my picks and even though my grandmother was born in Germany they need to stop over engineering stuff that BMW looks like hell , these are bike inspired by the bikes of the 70's and 80's not a bad sify movie .
BMW motorcycle and car philosophy: why build an assembly with 10 parts when you can build it with 20 parts (just make sure it has to be replaced as a unit if any of the parts need replacing). For heaven's sake, make it so you can't do it yourself (must be brought to a dealer for expensive parts and service). Much better in the old airhead days.
Don’t understand why triumph header pipes not chromed they look rubbish after the heat gone through em, apart from that beautiful bikes although a little pricey

The only problem with triumph is the twin cylinder engine... You will miss the inline 4 sound like Kawasaki z900rs
