What's the command when I want to project a circle onto a plane that's at an angle to the circle so it is a circle on the plane, not an ellipse? Project gives an ellipse, Translate doesn't wrap it around.

If your sketch is moved outside the cylinder like in example 1. But the length of the line matches the circumference of the cylinder will it project full round?
