The file splitting for this hoop is part of Essentials. The font was added to the program as a BX file so AlphaTricks was not needed. The purpose of AlphaTricks is to be able to take an alphabet design collection (A.pes, B.pes, C.pes etc) and turn it into a keyboard font so that it can be used with the lettering tool. BX files are pre-mapped installable files so AlphaTricks is not necessary if you have BX files - but if you have AlphaTricks you can make further adjustments to the BX fonts added.
I have the free essential software but under my hoop options I do not have the multi position option. I created a new hoop and called in repositional but I do not think it recognizes it has a multiposition. Is this option for the multiposition only available in the paid software?
Can you do this in stitch artist? In addition, how do you know how to line the fabric up for the second part of the stitching? Great tutorials thank you
Thank you for the video. I am considering buying the big hoop and doing my research, what confuses me is this; the big hoop attaches from both sides, I'm assuming you take it out and turn it around in the machine, but watching you video it seams the second part of the design would be upside down? I'm thinking off all those computer printer errors I've made when I don't have my brain engaged when I switch to two sided copies. Am I as confused as I feel or is there some logic to my concern?
Lisa I have a question on Splitting, If the designs has the number of stitches which is more than what my machine is capable, if I split the design in Essentials will it split so I can sew the design in 2 steps. I have a Janome 12,000 and the stitch limit is 100,000 but I have a few designs that are a number of stitches over that limit and was wondering if it would work for this.
Hello, I am using this exact software and your exact steps. But when i go to my machine to start stitching, it first stitches a rectangular boarder around the font. How do i remove this boarder? I have tried searching embrilliance, com for answers, but cant seem to find anything. I see when you save your design, you also have the boarder around it in the saved photo.
Ana Ro Don’t know if you have resolved it but for those reading the comments... After you save it, open up that file individually. Top or bottom (eventually both). From your preview window on the top right you’ll be able to select that box and just hit delete. Simple. Do the same for the other files. It took me a while to figure it out as well.
The only video out of hundreds out there that get straight to the point! Thank you soo much!!! I am new to embroidery and this helped me sooo much!

Are you using Embrilliance with Alpha Tricks Added ? I'm trying to decide what software additions I would need. Thanks :)
Are you still available to answer questions about multilooping? I have a 5 letter word I need to embroider on the se600. Thank you

I'm not sure - the BEST way to get software info and help is to use the contact us link at www.Embrilliance.com They will be able to help!
