Metalocalypse is Adult Swim's blackest, most brutal comedy. Dethklok includes Nathan Explosion on vocals, Skwisgaar Skwigelf on lead guitar, Toki Wartooth on rhythm guitar, William Murderface on bass, and Pickles the Drummer as...himself. Brendon Small has such a powerful ability to make a guitar sing and cry ugh hits so good every time
1:43 this part gave me goosebumps when I was watching the movie. It is very reminiscent of Impeach God, one of Dethklok best songs. This progression really feels like the good side of Dethklok, not the hate-loving, death-desiring side of them, but the side of them that pushes forward through times of hardship. Let’s fucking go, Brendon!

The last 45 seconds are pure magic
How is it that Brendan can write such powerful songs? Honestly, the ending of this one gives me goosebumps. I was taken back 10 years to when I was watching the show and heard Skyfire or the comet song. The melodic riffs mixed with the high and clear tones are just perfect.
Great things come in Small packages
Brendan has vocal range outside of his singing. He's Nathan, Edgar, Charles, Number, Swisgar and Pickles

From start to finish eveything was amazing, I love especially how the ending was Nathan may of lost his parents and the girl he cared for but never his love for his music or band nor the fans it's just such a beautiful amazing ending to a journey that was beautiful to watch from start to finish.
my friend introduced me to dethklok ages ago though he lost his battle with his inner demons when i first heard this i knew he was listening too and to honor him a group of his friends and i even went to see dethklok live this year

This is effectively a galaktikon song, and I'm all here for it. Almost feels fitting, since galaktikon 2 was effectively the 4th dethalbum. Having the song of salvation, a song that canonically is a non-dethklok sounding song, sound like Brendon Smalls other project feels right.
The film wasn't as good as the first, and doomstar requiem is unfortunately the peak of the series, I'm glad we got this, and I'm glad we got a proper goodbye to it.

I think I like some of the songs on this album more than many of the songs on the actual dethklok album. I've enjoyed Brendan Small's work on Metalocalpse, and it still blows my mind that he actually made and released amazing albums for the fictional band in his show. After decade of being bummed out that I'd never get to see Toki get rescued, he turned my disappointment into a joke that I laughed at when no one remembered how he got rescued. The movie wraps up the story arc nicely. I can be satisfied that this is the end of Dethklock, although I'd run out and purchase another album if there is another made down the line.
Yeah I hope more than anything that if the show is over, the incredible music continues.
