Yes, if you go to the part where the train is starting to arrive at the station, she is speaking through the exterior speakers as the train hasn't even arrived yet and the only door open is the door in which the conductor handles. Im pretty sure this is a new feature because I feel like I have never seen that happen before.
I was on an Amtrak train heading to Altoona and this woman said the staff were treating her horribly, I saw the crew do nothing wrong nor did they say anything. She kept complaining loudly. I really wanted to tell her that one of the rules was to not be a bother to other passengers and that means she was breaking the rules. I was so relieved when I got off that train.
Those Siemens Chargers have amazing cabs, they actually put GE-ET44's to shame..... SD70ACe-T4 my personal favorite interior though, this is coming from an NS crew member who has Biased towards anything EMD/Siemens/Cummins.

You have to be careful when filming around random people. Sometimes people could think you are filming them and object or even rip the phone out of your hand and smash it. People are so sensitive today. Especially if you are a man and a woman accuses you of filming her when you are not focusing on her. She just happened to get into your shot.

Even on a public sidewalk, if you film or photo a man's wife or a young girl or teen without asking, you could get a knuckle sandwich from the husband or father. There are certain boundaries to photographing in public even if it's legal.

Your filming location was very bad. For future locations please stand away from the crossing bells! They were so loud it was difficult to properly hear the words the people were having even though they were somewhat audible. No like for this video, even though there was quite clearly altercations going on between passengers and the conductor.
My filming location was fine. As you can tell via the thumbnail and the footage I was as close as possible to the altercation. For those who have never been to San Juan Capistrano it is good to note that there are crossings on the platform. And the altercation took place.. on the platform.

The mask is effective in stopping the spread of the virus and are there to protect you and others. A more effective solution would have been to stop people from congregating in close settings. This could have been achieved by stopping public transport entirely unless people could demonstrate that they were vaccinated. Would you have preferred that.
