Hello to everyone and Wellcome back. Here a dessert that I created for a prefixed menu, Blueberry Jamboree. This item I created that was used in a prefix menu served this weekend. The feedback was good. So I was asked to create a dessert idea around blueberries. Searching the internet I came across this idea affiliated with the Magnolia Bakery. Then I put my own spin on it. The Jamboree name reminded me of one of my favorite bands, Leftover Salmon and their cover of Zombie Jamboree. I have include a link to their version of the song. Thanks for watching.
