    Good to hear that you’re doing well. I don’t comment on videos that often; I will say that your videos single-handedly formed my reloading method. I got the Lee turret press, HF tumbler and set off, and it has been enjoyable for myself and others. Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge about reloading. I also appreciate the fact that you keep it real, and don’t run out to buy a studio and a $10,000 milling machine and leave us simple folk in the dust. Thanks again and good luck with your ventures.

    Hey Tony! Been a while. Good to see you're doing well my friend. I recently started down the precision rifle road with a Ruger 6MM Creedmoor RPR. Holy cow you need a lot of tools and "gadgets" to reload those things. I'm up for the challenge though 😉Always good to hear and watch your videos. My powder stand is still going strong. I upgraded from the Lyman powder measure though. I just couldn't get consistent throws with it. I went with an RCBS Powder throw 3. That thing is nice and accurate too! Well keep on trucking Tony and I'll catch up with you later!

      Good to hear from you. The Accuracy bug is hard to shake. Im notoriously cheep so it keeps me from getting in too deep. Nice to here good comments about the RCBS powder measure. RCBS makes good stuff too. Glad the powder stand is still holding up, I finally gave up the project. Too much dust and grime and then the new tax reporting requirements were the final straw. Take care bro!

      @@TreeTopFlier I know what you mean about taxes. Just found out recently that Lee Precision will no longer ship to Washington state due to "nexus tax laws". I'm also noticing more and more online firearm vendors won't ship here either. Now with another 4 bills they're trying to push through here, it's getting impossible to even purchase a new firearm. I can't wait to retire and get the heck outta here! 😉

    Good to hear from you, glad you're doing ok, was just thinking the other day what was going on with you. I haven't done any reloading myself in about five months, I pretty well stocked on components, I set that as one of my priorities many years ago so thats not an issue, dealing with Covid in the family which hit everyone but me and having a major surgery about a month ago that took me a month to get myself back to where I could go to work has kept me off the bench. Take care.

      Its been a crazy time. I thought I felt good about my stock pile till I couldn't buy anything... Then I felt very conservative. I have barely reloaded anything at all in the last 18 months. Glad to hear youre on the mend. Lets pray for better times ahead.

    Greetings from the Emerald Isle. ☘.
    What's happening with you guys is our future. The shortages are hitting here now too so on a similar vain my range time is down to conserve what I have & i've also taken up reloading to give me another option.
    Best of luck in finding a new home & with your future business plans. 🍀
    We'll be seeing you on 'Dragons Den' next. 😁
    Maybe someday I'll be able to avail of your powder stand being shipped globally.

    After your last comment on my channel I realized I hadn’t seen a vid from you in awhile. When I checked I had been unsubbed somehow. Not the first time that’s happened 🤷‍♂️. I’ve been doing some reloading but mainly sitting on my stash as well lol. Good to see you doing well👍🏻

    Good to hear from you, TreeTopFlier !! I've been wondering how you were doing. I'm doing okay. Went with my oldest son yersterday (weather was 70 degrees and sunny) and did a little shooting. I had several S&W revolvers I'd bought but haven't fired yet, so we took care of that.. It was a very good day! My best to you and your better half ;) . Hope you find a place soon.

      Good to hear from you my friend. I think Ive only been out once or twice since the world went crazy. Sounds like you had a great day at the range. I need some range therapy big time.

    • @KSFWG
      @KSFWG 2 года назад +1

      Yep, it was a great time. We've been out a few times, but like most people not like we used to. I collect S&W revolvers and had a .41 mag Model 57, a .45 Colt (Model 25), and a couple of Model 28's (4" and 6" bsrrels) in .357 mag to shoot. We were only out for a couple of hours (private range) but it was good fun. Revolver ammo is still hard to come by around here.

    If you end up moving north one state I'd be happy to help you set up an LLC.

    • @TreeTopFlier
      @TreeTopFlier  2 года назад +1

      Your a solid guy, thanks for the offer. An LLC would probably be a smart move. I think my big problem is tax issues and reporting. I cant itemize because the standard deduction is higher than my personal deductions, including costs on the stands. shipping etc. Obviously, carving this off into business would solve this, but that's an entanglement I dont really need. PayPal is hounding me for tax info so they can report. I have no problem paying taxes on legit earnings. Anyway, thanks for checking in. Always appreciate you!

    • @GunFunZS
      @GunFunZS 2 года назад +1

      @@TreeTopFlier I think you might be making it too complicated for yourself. Seems actually two kids simpler for a small business like that. Once you have a business you can have a business checking account. Then anything you've ever purchased with that debit card is a deduction. That was literally how I kept my business expenses straight for my personal. Just made sure to use the right card. As for reporting sales tax and so on.... There are a number of online services that provide a checkout cart for a website. A square space website is like 60 70 bucks a year. Listen to little checkout services many of them can automatically track and remit tax for each state. It's better to make money and pay tax on it than did not make money. And I think this really can be a lot simpler for you than you're thinking in once you actually set up the accounts I could describe above basically all the tracking and reporting is automatic.
      Edit. If it sounds like I had a stroke it's because I used speech to text for the above.

    • @GunFunZS
      @GunFunZS 2 года назад +1

      Clarification when I said deduction about I actually meant an expense. Expenses are better than deductions. We are taxed on profit. $1 of expense is $1 less profit. No better deduction than that.

      @@GunFunZS Sorry I just saw this response. I moved to a more secure browser across my devices and the downside result is I dont get pinged on down stream responses so I miss replies from time to time. No intent to be rude. I appreciate you. I know I can form an LLC/business and separate costs and income into its own space. I'm just not sure I want more entanglements for what amounts to very small income/profit. I charge about $69 for them and I can only make about 1 per day, so not much incentive after costs. I may hit you up for some guidance down the road if I decide to give it another go. Sounds like you have already done some of that.
