    for thousands of years, martial artists and teachings failed to explicitly explain core relatively to performance, they opted for esoteric means and analogies which helped nothing but further obfuscate the matter. Well done.

    So then how should u breathe during a bench press? other than tightening the core..?

    Why do power lifters arch their back during bench press? Does that have anything to do with maintaining or adding to core stability and intra-abdominal pressure? Thanks
