I listen to this song every day. He sings to my heart. I think he is one of the best country singers ever. 'The Lights of Albuquerque' is one of his best ever. Listen to that voice--I love it. I miss it! Thank you Sue for putting his songs on You Tube so I and others can continue to listen to his angelic voice.
I truly believe Jim Glaser is one of the most overlooked country singers and performers of all time. Either solo or singing with Tompall and Chuck Glaser he helped change the face of Country music in a good way.
His voice and the music sounds better than the original....Jim even backed up Patsy Cline in 1962 in Las Vegas. Jim had one of the most pure and beautiful voices I have ever heard in country music. Glaser also wrote "Woman, Woman" for Gary Puckett and the Union Gap. Sadly I believe he just passed away.....Genius, huge talent from the small midwestern town of Spaulding, Nebraska. The music has gone silent with the loss of such a classic performer.

This is a beautiful song however I can see why it was cut from the lp originally it just doesn't fit with the rest of them in the same way that man in the mirror sits very well with the road I believe in or let me down
Beautiful!! Love Jim, love Marty

Marty Stuart. There are few if any venues on tv that show true country stars today. Hopefully Marty will have another show like this again soon.
Wonderful
