    $200 for the set of DDSUJM400? What tf is going on with y'all's prices man!? You'd think these tools were made in the US.... Every time you guys drop a new tool, I get excited. I head over to the good old interwebs to check it out or to purchase them. I get to the item, see the price, and every time I'm blown tf away! You guys are seriously trippin!! Especially the way you guys do your warranty. That whole mail in crap where I have to pay to ship it to you. Who even does warranties like that anymore?? Get on board with every other tool company y'all!! Especially if you're going to be charging prices like that!! What's it's cost to have a set like this made? $15?? I mean come on... These are Taiwanese made tools guys!! You want $180 for your extra deep 3/8" socket set, all while Astro pneumatic has an 8mm-17mm extra deep set for under $60!? Not to mention, a lifetime warranty where you just snap a picture of the broken tool and a new one shows up in the mail a few days later....for free I might add!!! I'm sure you won't respond to this message,and it's whatever, but this shit is just crazy.

      He is right - auto tech of 10 years. I have one of your sets, but am EXTREMELY hesitant to get more as your warranty process is ridiculous, and initial cost is high. Nobody has time to deal with what you guys want done in order to get a broken socket exchanged. I mean to be honest about as far as I’m willing to go to replace a broken tool is having to schedule a visit from one of our non routine tool trucks to come by. No professional has time to send it in, we want to get back to our families after work. Not deal with your BS warranty. It keeps me from using your sockets as well, as I always grab another set as if I break one of them, I can get it replaced within a couple days, not a couple weeks to possibly a month.

    RV Technician here - The UJ dual drives look really cool and unique. The E torx ones too they are the perfect height because some car seats a ratchet and an e-torx socket is too low to get the bolt wothout an obstruction in the way but a 1" extension is too tall and hits another obstruction. The UJ having the spring in it to help it stay as straight as possible will help with breaking the bolt loose and not putting so much stress on the UJ bend. The straighter it is the better yoy know? And the floppy ones you can't exactly control that. I like the dual drives a lot, really useful. Appreciate your time.

    For the mini pry bars you guys should’ve used the POR100 handle instead or a handle like your ratchets just small just to have the vim signature look

    Have many vim tools! Love what you guys are doing. In my opinion I am not found of the double sided ratchets. Because you see the double sided in cheaper brands of tools I believe you guys are far above those brands. Would like to just see a new flex hard handle or even a new indexing plastic green hard handle ratchet. Again just my opinion and like I said I love my vim tools and love seeing this company grow.

    Did I miss where yall mentioned the sizes? I found the SAE on your site & dangit with the skips. Why leave off 7/16 on the DDSUJ400? go ahead & make it an 8 piece.
    DDSUJM400 isnt on the site yet, but appears to be 10 piece ,starting with 14mm?
    -Also its interesting that you said that the SAE is useless if it was 6pt, but the metric is 6pt. Is it because you've found most 12pt hardware is only SAE?

    I’m not too fond of the metal cases, and in black. I like the foam inside, but I think that the cases should be plastic and flourescent green! It would be very easy to spot them if in a service truck, locker, congested tool box, etc. The green would be very obvious that it’s a VIM case. 😉

    • @pedrokoto
      @pedrokoto 21 день назад +1

      Agree. All VIM GREEN EVERYTHING. In aviation tool accountability is paramount. A tool left in an automotive engine bay will cause you to have to pull over. A tool left in an aviation engine bay means the plane is going to fall out of the sky.

    The only problem with magnet in end of screw driver, is roll under trick with it in your chest pocket and it has a tendency to leave your pocket unknowingly.

    What about the VHC42, but with the same inner part as the RFB400K, so that it can be used as a short t-handle, L-wrench, and as a standard ratchet?

    y'all need to explain dual drive more often....it's not defined in your catalog, it's not defined on your website. You just assume everyone already knows what it is....bad assumption. WHAT IS IT? Does it mean that a 1/4 sized socket can be used on 1/4 ratchet driver AND 3/8? Or does it mean something else??!
    Stop making this hard for us to find.
    I think this vid is the first time I've ever seen you define what it is.

    Your guys' prices are insanely ridiculous for Taiwan-made quality that many other companies carry. Why do you even market them to the general public in this economy. You're sure not trying to do anyone any favors. You're interested in money before anything else. I used to be interested in some of your products, but there's no way a working person should pay those prices and not go tool truck brand quality that's made in the USA or Japan. Plus, I've heard your warranty is much more of a hassle than most others. I'll go with Koken or even Olsa before i pay that kind of price for the same quality 25 other companies have.
