    This is a gold mine of good info. I’m so glad I found this page when I am starting my weight loss journey. All I want to do is simple changes and keep them for life. Quick fixes don’t apply to our bodies same way quick fixes won’t fix relationships or jobs.

    Pardon the audio guys - my Rode broke a few months ago and literally looked in 15 stores in South America and can't find a replacement. I'll be getting another in a few months.
