Excellent video. Do you have a video showing a rebuild on a Graco Express pump? They don't appear to have the same packing setup as the endurance pump.
In your opinion should a 2016 Graco 490 PC Pro II, with 4800 lifetime gallons, have plenty of life left on the motor? The sprayer has been used primarily used for 100% acrylic paints. Have you noticed any regularity with the life span of these PC models?
It all depends on how those gallons were accumulated over the 5 years. If you had your pump operating at high pressures with large tip sizes, this will cause the pump motor bearings to wear out quicker. Also that's the maximum life that would be expected for this amount of gallons. That's over 4000 litres per year on average. That volume really does require a larger unit
It could be as simple.as the lead need replacing, it the motor, or the computer, I'd recommend changing the lead first, if you know how to do a continuity test then you can actually check everything

That pump is loaded with dry paint. LOL.
Don't waste your time fixing it, it was garbage the day you bought it.
Must have mixed it up with a titan.
