This animes fights are all about strategy and using your head to win, it is so unlike most Shonen but it is still amazing
Imagine coming into this not knowing how Trion works. Just watching people losing limbs and getting stabbed and not seeming concerned about it.
This round is definitely Hyuse's show, but Kuga still showing off how good of a support player he is.

I love the little detail of Murakami trying to materialize another raygust blade. In the event that he would've successfully hit both Hyuse and Kuga, he still would've needed his shield again.
This anime is criminally underrated, the way the characters are ranked isn’t just I hit harder than you. It takes intelligence, speed, trion, leadership, intuition, experience, etc. I didn’t expect kou to be ready like that
The fights in World Trigger are just the absolute best. They’re so well written. From the mock battles to the actual wars. The choreography, the twists, the pacing, the realistic tactics. Oh my goodness.
When you're so good, you have your own back. It's like that guy who does the group project all by themselves.
Damn this is Hyuse and Yuma first time working together and there already an insane duo. Having a another attacker around Yuma, just makes his job way easier.
This anime is basically:
I love how after Yuma’s arm is cut off he sees that hyuse is about to get cut as well & in that split second decided to kick the escudo hanging from murakami’s back to throw his swing off but since he’s too far he closes the gap with scorpion so the kick could land.
The guy with the photographic memory side effect is the best training partner, you have to consistently combine your moves in a different way to even finish him.
Idk why world trigger is so good
Yuma is so tenacious. You think you got him and he finds some way to to turn the tables. Great character.
This is what makes world trigger different and unique from other shows! The circumstances always change and not every fight is the same. It’s not like Naruto where it’s always talk no jutsu or fairy tail and power of friendship. Good fights come from changing environments and world trigger always seems to hit. So glad this show became seasonal
As many People said before, it's so nice to see a Anime were you win with strategy and not with the "power of friendship".
I think it's great to see Kuga having great teamwork with Hyuse and it makes sense as well. Kuga was taught how to fight by his father and learned to fight as a pair with him so him being able to support someone makes a lot of sense.

kuruma is such a badass this clip really reinforces the idea that the story isn't just about the progress the MC's group goes through but everyone in border keeps improving their ability.
