    L tyrosine is only a problem in those with an aberrant oxidation state of tetrahydrobiopterin.
    It's important for mitohormesis.
    If you get withdrawls after taking it or profound benefits from taking it, it means you may want to stabilize tetrahydrobiopterin, as you aren't converting enough naturally for basic functions.
    Look for a good source of Queuine.

    Low protein/BCAA restriction and high SFA/Stearic acid based diet + language learning + fasted uphill sprinting + bitter polyphenols from fermented tea and coffee + Lipo NMN and resveratrol and apigenin =Big gains -Targeted keto low BCAA/Protein restricted sprinter

      @@BiZii1024 Low protein studies on mice 2021 models and trials with overweight humans, as well as studies discussing the metabolic signature of elevated serum/blood BCAAs in metabolically obese and viscerally obese humans and that mature adipocytes can cannibalize elevated serum BCAAs for adipogenesis. I see it as more of a therauptic intervention than a diet

    She has strong opinions based on her own experience which would normally be fine, but she is trying to sell a product.

    So she basically copied (with some addictions) the recipe of Dr. Nicola Cohnlon.

      @ModernHealthspan  3 месяца назад

      Hi thanks for your comment. I would disagree with this, in that Dr Conlon's formulation is targeted at raising NAD through the body whereas NAD Brain works on the brain. There is not a great overlap in the ingredients. One similarity is that they are both cocktails of supplements that are designed to work together to perform a biological function.

    Why does this product need to have caffeine in it for crap sakes?

    • @ModernHealthspan
      @ModernHealthspan  3 месяца назад +1

      Hi Mike thanks for your comment. Caffeine is a nootropic with well known ability to help with alertness. In a product focused on modulating brain activity I think it makes sense.
