'Rose, I'm trying to resonate concrete'. For me that line is up there with 'Lots of planets have a north'. Eccleston is one of my favourite Doctors, not just of the new series, but of them all. The energy of his performance here - pure brilliance.
Some trivia: Christopher Ecclestone is an excellent actor, but he's no dancer. The close-ups of the Doctor's dancing feet were actually those of John Barrowman (Captain Jack); because John really CAN dance!
There are a few lines in these two episodes that may be hints to this. I love the Davies era because of all the little injokes that you only spot once you know these behind-the-scenes things.
"I thought we would see more of him." Jack was so popular he got his own spinoff show! Torchwood. It is okay. Three good seasons. Then the fourth season was epic, and heart breaking. And highlighted an actor who was later going to become a major Dr. Who character.
do you mean season three? because that’s children of earth and has the doctor who actor in it. season 4 is miracle day, and i’ve never seen anyone describe that season as epic…most people kind of pretend it doesn’t exist bc it’s a weird americanized version of torchwood lol
The doctor's gleeful declaration of "just this once, everybody lives!" Has stuck with me since i first watched this episode back in 2011. This man, who has seen untold death and destruction finally has a chance to save everyone, and you can really see it on his face and in his voice. And its really accurate, in all. This two parter is the only episode i can think of where no one dies
I do like the "Everyone lives" part but my favourite line was one that you cut (copyright sucks)... Lady: Doctor I am healed I'd lost a leg. Doctor Constantine: Well there is a war on is it possible you miscounted? Nanogenes are a cool idea, small enough to repair your body at the sub-cellular and "smart enough" to know what they should do... well to learn the correct thing.
Two things about this episode. 1. Don't forget the name of the screenwriter. 2. The psychological advancement of the character, comes from a war and in the chapters that we have seen someone has always died, the sincere joy of achieving that no one dies is a great moment.
The doctor working it out, then the hope in his eyes. To the utter joy of "everybody lives". Gets me every time. And it's such a pleasure to see new viewers reactions. Yours was "fantastic".
One of the most emotional of Doctor Who stories. Eccleston and Piper are fantastic as always, Barrowman is a lot of fun as Captain Jack and has a good dynamic with both the Doctor and Rose. But special honors to Florence Hoath as Nancy, she gives such an emotional performance. Great reaction as always. Thanks for your work. Your cats chasing after the crow are hilarious.
I loved this episode! I can't believe we got such a good ending out of it. This one will be in my memories for some time for sure 💜 My cats are indoor only so they have a bit of a sheltered life! The crow is one of their highlights 🤣
As wonderful as travelling through time and space often is, the truth is that the Doctor faces so much darkness and death all the time, which only makes it all the more beautiful and joyful when he can engineer a truly happy ending. Just this once, everybody lives! And we've picked up a new friend for the ride! Edit: This episode (and the last one) also introduced me to the wonderful music of Glen Miller and his band. Delightful 40s gems.
Just this once, everyone lives. You mentioned before that so many people sacrifice themselves, and Jack is no exception. The difference this time is the Doctor was actually able to save them. Love it.
More Captain Jack Facts: He is from the 51st Century. The Time Agency was first mentioned in an old Doctor Who serial "The Talons of Weng Chiang" (1977). It takes place in Victorian England but has a villain from the 51st, Magnus Greel. He was a cruel despot who uses a primitive (compared to The Doctor's and even Jack's) form of time travel to escape justice. Nothing else is mentioned in either TV show until after The Empty Child. But the popularity of Jack brings tons of "semi-official" info. More on "semi-official"....
Florence Hoath, Nancy, is brilliant in this. Her potrayal of a teenage single mum throughout this 2 part work of joy is both heartbreaking and hope affirming.
One of my favourite stories of all Doctor Who! It's ironic that the "everybody lives" story takes place during WW2 London air-raids. My mum was a nurse at the time, and she would very much have echoed Nancy's line about "what future" - she told me that they all believed we were going to lose until very late in the war, but pretended they thought otherwise to try and make others feel better. Also, her late twin sister was called Nancy (d.1923), so this resonates in a number of different ways. Glad you're still enjoying it so much!
Great episode! Goes from Horror story to heartbreaking to overpowering joy. it's one of THOSE episodes :) And yes everybody lives is rareish. not incredibly uncommon but in this case not only did they live there were no side effects, everyone only gained. THAT is rare. There was no 'bad guy' just some confused tech that needed some guidance :) Also, Love crows ! Smart goofy birds :) They'll be your best friend if you let them. And their children will know you too !
Remember my very long comment last time about the "New Adventures" novels, and how dark and death-filled they were? That's what makes me love this episode so much. It's like the Doctor is talking not only to Rose, but to all of us who wallowed in the death and darkness that hung over "Doctor Who" between the end of the original series and this glorious return. "Everybody lives! Just this once, everybody lives!"
"That's where he gets his meat from the butcher," yeah in more ways than one apparently. 😉 Not a huge Steve Moffatt fan, but when the man has a good story he has a good story and this is a banger of a tale, love that line "everybody lives, just this once EVERYBODY lives!" Something that classic and current doctor who doesn't get often.
I think of Moffat as a bit like George Lucas, he needs someone else to tell him which of his stories are good and which are bad. That's why the average quality of his episodes was higher when he was a guest writer than when he was a showrunner, even though he still reached the same peaks.
Yes it is the all-clear siren. A rising and falling siren meant the bombers are on their way. Rising to a steady high tone meant danger's over - keep calm and carry on.
This entire first season is The Doctor overcoming his trauma from The Time War and learning hope again. We see him at his darkest in End of The World, forcing Cassandra to die painfully, and in Dalek too. After he takes Rose back to Earth in End of The World, he's charmed by her ability to focus on the banal and normal for comfort "Do you smell chips?" Then here, finally he gets that little spark of hope again. Every episode, someone's died because he was there and he accepted the "death follows in his wake" thing that was passed around in the first episode. But here, just this once, everybody lives. I love it.
The dark past and trauma of the Time War really works to contrast against the Timelord triumphant. It really makes "Just this once. Everybody lives" shine. Especially since, as we've seen, while in the end the day may be saved often it comes with costs. Sometimes known costs. Sacrifices. To the point you were ready to accept Harkness would die. The Doctor really needed the win and wanted to one up him so I just imagine him with a manic giggle as he and Rose haul ass to the TARDIS. He's so dark and brooding that Rose couldnt see him dancing. Which makes it all the better when we do see him dance. And when we see him be silly. We're so close to the end of the season. Which iirc introduces some epic music. Can't wait to see the reaction and discuss.
Hey Jules! Happy Corvidae! Chris plays The Doctor with such intensity. The other doctor, played by Richard Wilson, is more famous for the long running comedy series One Foot In The Grave. The transformations in these two episodes were really creepy and the om-comming child. Thank goodness for a happy ending.
Those two episodes ran you through the whole gauntlet of emotions the next episode definitely had a hard act to follow then you have a two part season finale. Captain Jack appears now and again and is the lead character in the spin off series Torchwood(anagram of Doctor Who) .really enjoyed this reaction thank you.
My working theory is that the nanogenes, smart as they are, knew they'd messed up with Jamie. So his unending question truly became theirs, as well; "are you my mummy?" Thus, an epic arc was formed, and endless internet memes ensued.
Just this once. Everybody lives. That line, we spent episodes with people dying, just this one time everyone affected was saved, this one time. The Doctor wants to save lives, even with the plastic monster he tried to talk to it first, he doesn't want to hurt anyone unless they truly deserve it. But this one moment everyone lives and his happy face shows it.
I knew you would love this one! The doctor's genuine excitement at "everybody lives", the hug between Nancy and Jamie, the bizarre triangle of envy between the doctor, Rose and Jack, the dance! This two parter is a real gem in this series. (No spilers, but in season 4 the doctor needs to put on a gas mask. He actually forgot his line, and said instead "are you my mummy" cuz that was the first thing that popped into his mind. The director loved it so they kept it in the show! It really is an iconic line)
This two-parter is one of the highlights of this season and this 2nd part possibly the seasons best episode. It's at least in the running The Doctor was ingenious to get out of that beginning perilous situation by telling the infected to "go to your room!" figuring out that they still had the mentality of a little boy Nancy figuring out that it was not the man's wife, but the man himself, that was fooling around with the butcher in order to get some extra meat was clever on her part The surprise that Nancy was the boy's Mother!! Finally, it was such a nice touch to have the music of Glenn Miller throughout both episodes. It's music that despite being before all our times, most of us have heard and it perfectly set the mood for the period and ended the episode nicely with The Doctor and Rose dancing to it
Awww! The kittys! I have 2 cats myself lol. My favourite character gets a proper introduction in the next episode, cant wait! Tell the kittys I say hi!👋
Florence Hoath, who played Nancy, was 20 at the time. She retired from acting sometime after 2008; but she and her husband now have a RUclips channel of videos for small children, called ZinniPops.
I'll just repeat everyone else. "Everybody lives, Rose. Just this once, every body lives" is just such an iconic line and delivered so joyfully. It's also kind of dark in its subtext because for the Doctor, he's seen so many people die in his long life. The reveal that Nancy was the little boy's mum was so well done. It wasn't uncommon for teenage mothers to have their kids brought up in the family as pretend little brothers or sisters so it was clever for Steven Moffat to use that to create the solution to story. Love Captain Jack, loved this episode and loved this reaction.
God this episode was always so good. Ecclestons “EVERYBODY LIVES!” You can feel the absolute joy for him. The whole time war hurt him so much that he needed this sort of win to feel like the Doctor again.
2:48 - the Doctor can be nice. The Doctor can be polite. The Doctor can also send a genocidal race into sheer terror and forever refer to the Doctor as "The Oncoming Storm". 12:30 - and they were providing faint clues the entire time. The Nanogenes healing Rose in the prior episode, the comment about transmitting to any speaker.
I think this is one of my favorite episodes of New Who. Certainly of the Chris Eccelston era. And...it's probably better to have a crow than a rooster next door. Everybody Lives Jules! Everybody Lives!
This was one of the best episodes of the season (though there are other great episodes to come). Very emotional, pretty intimidating, and a very uplifting ending. A credit to Steven Moffat's writing. And shout out to Eccleston's acting. He can deliver such power in dialogue
YAYYY! I'm glad we didn't have to wait as long for this one. It's particularly difficult with two-parters. AND! You like Pussycats! DOCTOR WHO, crows and pussycats -- a great combination.
Two-parters can be tricky in modern Doctor Who, with the second part not always hoding up to the first. Thankfully though, this one absolutely sticks the landing, forming one whole incredible story. It just has so much going for it amd I plan to rewatch it next month as part of my year-long 60th anniversary rewatch. It has such a beautiful ending, and Ecclestone delivers that iconic "Everybody lives" line with so much joy. It's a rare instance of there not being an actual villain, with the nanogenes simply trying to help. It's definitely one of the best endings in the show's long history. Some noteworthy points: I think this is the first time that the sonic screwdriver is named in New Who, if I'm not mistaken. The sonic has been around since the '60s, evolving from a simple tool for turning screws, to gradually becoming more versatile. It got to the point that a showrunner had it destroyed in the '80s because he felt that writers had become too reliant on using it to get out of tricky situations. It was brought back in the '90s TV movie and then again in this series. Also, this episode was a written by Steven Moffat - keep an eye out for that name going forward... Finally, I know you haven't been keen on others third-wheeling with the Doctor and Rose, but I hope you'll enjoy his time in the TARDIS. Oh and funny story, as a teenager I never realised that dancing was a metaphor for... something else. I read an interview in Doctor Who Magazine years later where the writer confirmed it and my mind was blown. 🤯 Looking back, it waw so obvious. 😂 I can't wait for next week, you're fast approaching the end of Series 1!
Ashley ☺️ I have to say I never knew the dancing bit was meant to mean anything else 🤣 I am a bit surprised at that! Haha! Now when I rewatch it, I'll be listening super closely 👀
Not quite my favorite episode of season one - but very close. That said the Doctor's 'Everybody lives!' might be my favorite individual moment of season one - or is a close second to a moment coming up in the finale.
it's great to see episodes where everything turns out right, and every body lives, it won't always happen. capt. jack is a great character, and worth following to his own show torchwood, but the best thing in this episode is the Doctor does dance! great reaction Jules, looking forward to more, there are some big twists coming!
Best episode yet; with one corvid, and two feline, cameos; you are blessed! And remember... If late at night ,one of the cats, pads into your darkened room, and says: "Are you my Mummy?..." Just say "Yes"; they want a hug and tuna nibbles.
Thank you, for reactions to this, a lovely two parter, excellent editing as always, probably watched these episodes many many times, looking forward to next week's reaction.
We are totally loving your reactions. The ducklings are so excited for more. The goats are a bit obnoxious. The keep telling me to warn you, and I'm always saying no spoilers. I'm so glad they don't have aposable thumbs and access to the internet on there own. The ducklings being the little instigators have been telling the goats about the alpacas demands for a home theater system. Well atleast my life isn't boring.
"can we throw the bomb into the escape pod?" *There is no escape pod on board.* "ok, I see the flaw in that, I'll get in the escape pod" *There is no escape pod on board.* this episode is honestly one of the funniest in the whole show even as scary as it is and I love it lmao
Fantastic review, Jules. I'm really enjoying this series, thank you. This episode always leaves me with a smile - 'just this once, Rose. Everybody lives'. Wonderful. And 'fantastic' that Ecclestone got to have this utterly joyous moment. Welcome to your first story from future showrunner Steven Moffatt by the way. Moffatt wrote 'The Empty Child' and 'The Doctor Dances' and some key episodes over the next three seasons before becoming showrunner in 2010. By the way, I'm not sure how far ahead you are, but at the end of this season there was a Christmas special 'The Christmas Invasion' which, depending what service you're watching on, may be listed as episode 1 x 14 or as a special in its own right. It's a key part of the story though, so don't miss it! 😀There was also a 10-minute short 'Born Again' (broadcast as part of the BBC's annual Children In Need appeal) which neatly bridges the gap between the end of season 1 and 'The Christmas Invasion'. Worth checking out on the Whoniverse Mini Episodes chann nel. Not essential, but provides some really good context.
Thank you so much, Jeremy!! I'm so glad you are enjoying the episodes 💜 Luckily, my streaming service seems to have the christmas specials and I will be watching the minisodes on RUclips when it's time 😸
So wonderful to see The Doctor that happy that no one dies. If you think about, it's the first episode of the series where there's no death. Such a wonderful moment. And now we have another Companion aboard the Tartis. More fun to come! Take care.
Amazing episode! So many moments will stay with you forever after these ones. "Everybody lives!" and "Are you my mummy?" in particular haha! Excited for more of them soon!
The Doctor dances with happiness! Everybody lives! And it's the Mother and Child Reunion. ruclips.net/video/5_4FbS4mT5E/видео.html And Nancy knows London will be rebuilt, so she has more than current war to look to. There's a spinoff series called Torchwood. Captain Jack shows up in the first few episodes.
Great my favorite show Jules Reacts is on and you are reacting to Doctor Who episode the Doctor Dances and i'm enjoying it have a great week and Thank You very much Juliette.🤠👍
@@julesreacts My other favorite shows on RUclips are you and your videos, Mother the Mountain Farm and Urbex Indigo which are also both from Australia,Thank You Juliette.😊
Not for the first time, it was amusing seeing you mention a couple of episodes ago that you were glad it was just the Doctor and Rose, knowing it wasn't long before Jack would come along. There are things I know I'm having to wait months to comment on in order to avoid spoiling anything, giving me episodes I'm particularly looking forward to seeing you get to. As for the episode itself, it's definitely one of the more 'intense' ones, not just with the horror but also obviously containing a lot of revelations and very happy ending. If you can brave watching the previous episode again you'll see how well written both episodes are together and how much that one foreshadows the revelations here, mainly about the nanogenes, but also arguably about Nancy's secret as well. Thankfully the next one is a much-needed breather before the final two episodes, as the show is good at giving its viewers a much needed break from the heavier stuff when it needs to.
I love that we actually got such a happy ending!! I found the gas mask thing creepy, but the little boy I mostly felt sad for. I'm so, so glad there was a good outcome 💜
These two episodes are the peak of this first season. For me anyway. But they're really well celebrated in fandom and generally. Those unforgettable images of the gas mask people! Captain Jack! Everybody lives! And yes, that fabulous ending. 😊 Where the title happens. ❤
This two parter is the absolute highlight of the season for me. It's spooky, well-written, extremely witty and well-paced - all, frankly, a hallmark of the writer. This one in particular has a huge amount of heart and touches in many places on serious themes - not just Nancy and Jamie, and the treatment of Jack's sexuality but also the children in the last episode ("There was a man....") Great stuff.
One of the best. Steven Moffat certainly knows how to write excellent stories. I don't think it's a spoiler (sorry if it is) to say you'll see further examples of his excellent writing. He also writes good comedy.
@@julesreacts Ah, he does right in some comedic moments that are very funny. What I was actually referring to was his sitcom he wrote before Doctor Who which was called 'Coupling'. One of the funniest and cleverest shows I've seen.
Great episode! And by the way, the crow is actually very intelligent! It even has language and culture. If you are mean to a crow it will tell the rest of the flock and they will know... they may even swoop in a few times! Some have even been trained to speak English! No wonder this one likes Doctor Who!
Whaaaat? Well, you learn something every day! I give him water in a little bowl in the front yard. I think I must be the only one in the street that likes him 😢
@@julesreacts Awww! Have you given the crow a name yet? I think "Bill" might be good.... hehe. Also, I wonder if it just wants some attention? Either way, looks like you may have a new friend in that crow!
"Just this once. Everybody lives." Makes me emotional every time.
And his FACE!!! He was so happy 😀😀
It was a long time coming for him, after the disaster of the Time War
Yeah, that's a line that hits a lot harder years (and several seasons) later.
It's simultaneously uplifting and heartbreaking.
I feel that every single time. Given everything he’s been through, past present, and future-it hits hard. Even harder after watching more of the show.
“Rose, I’m trying to resonate concrete.”

Goodness me but that "I AM your Mummy" scene never fails to make me sob, and I'm a 53-year-old man 😢😂
🥰🥰🥰 I love that!
WAIT is that really why he said it?? Omg that's hilarious. I thought they were just making a cheeky reference to this pair of episodes.
This two-parter is one of the highlights of this season and this 2nd part possibly the seasons best episode. It's at least in the running
The Doctor was ingenious to get out of that beginning perilous situation by telling the infected to "go to your room!" figuring out that they still had the mentality of a little boy
Nancy figuring out that it was not the man's wife, but the man himself, that was fooling around with the butcher in order to get some extra meat was clever on her part
The surprise that Nancy was the boy's Mother!!
These 2 episodes always get me. I really love how happy the Doctor is to get to save everyone.
He should do it more often 😅
'It's Volcano Day' interesting phrase.......Probly mean something in the Future....=))
The last episode is so terrifying that every time I forget how happy the ending is and it makes up for the nightmares
Awesome video as always! Can't wait for the next one! The joy the Doctor has at the end of this episode it what makes this my favourite of this season
Nice way to end up a very tense, emotional, and scary episode. Just a totally happy ending with a dancing Doctor.
I love it so much 💜
That scene when we find out Jamie's mother made me cry
I have a 9th Doctor shirt because I fell madly in love with him. Eccleston is just so good.
He is absolutely wonderful!
God this episode was always so good. Ecclestons “EVERYBODY LIVES!” You can feel the absolute joy for him. The whole time war hurt him so much that he needed this sort of win to feel like the Doctor again.
That has to be one of his best lines, I reckon 💜
Such joyful reactions from Jules, to this amazing episode of modern Who.
And it just keeps getting even better, after this! :)
It was such a good episode! I'm so glad you liked it too. I couldn't imagine the pain of a rooster next door haha 🤣
Hehe!! I can be happy watching Doctor Who, and my cats can enjoy watching the crows 😅
I can't wait for next week, you're fast approaching the end of Series 1!
Ashley ☺️ I have to say I never knew the dancing bit was meant to mean anything else 🤣 I am a bit surprised at that! Haha! Now when I rewatch it, I'll be listening super closely 👀
@@julesreacts 😂😂 I'm glad it wasn't just naive teenage me. Sorry for shattering the illusion.
It will never be the same again 🤣
From being creep out to emotional tears than dancing it had all my senses satisfied, did you dance round room after reaction 💃🕺
Awww 💜 a roller coaster of emotions! I loved that dance at the end 😻
The Doctor has only just met Jack, he doesn't know anything about him.
Not quite my favorite episode of season one - but very close. That said the Doctor's 'Everybody lives!' might be my favorite individual moment of season one - or is a close second to a moment coming up in the finale.
The Doctor: Everybody lives, Rose! Just this once, everybody lives!
One of the best two parters in the Whoniverse.
One of the best lines he's said so far 💜
it's great to see episodes where everything turns out right, and every body lives, it won't always happen. capt. jack is a great character, and worth following to his own show torchwood, but the best thing in this episode is the Doctor does dance! great reaction Jules, looking forward to more, there are some big twists coming!
Thank you, Charlie! I always appreciate your kindness 💜
The crow... are you sure it isn't a raven? Nah, it's a crow... forget I spoke. 😊
Best episode yet; with one corvid, and two feline, cameos; you are blessed! And remember... If late at night ,one of the cats, pads into your darkened room, and says: "Are you my Mummy?..." Just say "Yes"; they want a hug and tuna nibbles.
takes you on a complete ride, the roller coaster of emotions ,
Yes!! I love it 💜
If you want to see more about Captain Jack, check out "Torchwood"
Yass my favourite day of the week 🥰.
Thank you for continuing to produce this series 💖
You are so welcome and it's my pleasure to share 💜
Thank you, for reactions to this, a lovely two parter, excellent editing as always, probably watched these episodes many many times, looking forward to next week's reaction.
Thank you, Brian! That's so lovely of you to say 😸
Doctor, I was missing a leg when I came here. It’s grown back!
There’s a war on. Do you think you may have miscounted?
Hilarious war humor there. 😂
The stuff about the guy messing about with the butcher refers to black market trading or ration card fraud during war time
I was... very wrong haha
@@julesreacts I was brought up, with stories about life in the war from my grandparents, if you weren't stuff like that will go over your head
"can we throw the bomb into the escape pod?"
*There is no escape pod on board.*
"ok, I see the flaw in that, I'll get in the escape pod"
*There is no escape pod on board.*
this episode is honestly one of the funniest in the whole show even as scary as it is and I love it lmao
Take care.
Your reaction to the ending was so delightful to watch! Thank you again for sharing your journey with us, it's always a highlight of my week!
Awww thank you, Peter! I hope you have a wonderful weekend 💜
This was so lovely to watch, thank you! ✨❤️✨
My absolute pleasure 💜
Amazing episode! So many moments will stay with you forever after these ones. "Everybody lives!" and "Are you my mummy?" in particular haha! Excited for more of them soon!
I don't think I'll forget this episode for a while 💜 I really enjoyed it!
There are many, many exceptional episodes still to come. But in my opinion, none is better than this one.
The Doctor dances with happiness! Everybody lives!
And it's the Mother and Child Reunion. ruclips.net/video/5_4FbS4mT5E/видео.html
And Nancy knows London will be rebuilt, so she has more than current war to look to.
There's a spinoff series called Torchwood. Captain Jack shows up in the first few episodes.
Great my favorite show Jules Reacts is on
and you are reacting to Doctor Who episode
the Doctor Dances and i'm enjoying it have a

Awww thank you, Roger ☺️☺️

My other favorite shows on RUclips are you and your videos,
Mother the Mountain Farm and Urbex Indigo which are also both
from Australia,Thank You Juliette.😊
As a kid I thought him "messing around" with the butcher meant he blackmailed him or something.....nope xD
I thought it meant he was having a relationship with him but someone in the comments said it wasn't that. Who knows 🤣
@@julesreacts Ohh no I know exactly what it means now 😅
“That’s where he gets his meat from”
Why yes, yes it is.
I think I took the butchers dealings the wrong way 🤣
Not for the first time, it was amusing seeing you mention a couple of episodes ago that you were glad it was just the Doctor and Rose, knowing it wasn't long before Jack would come along.
The ending was amazing 🥰🥰
Sorry Juliettex, today was one of those busy days. I hope your day was great! Wow! Two for two today! You are awesome keep it up 👍
Such a great 2 part, loving your reactions ♡ and the kitties and crow 😅
Thank you so much 😊💜 Glad to have some love for the animal friends!
Omg I love your crow neighbor
Ahh thank you! He now has a bird bath 🤣
Jack sitting on the bomb is a reference to the movie doctor strangelove i believe its because Moffatt who wrote this two parter is a fan of that movie
This two parter is the absolute highlight of the season for me. It's spooky, well-written, extremely witty and well-paced - all, frankly, a hallmark of the writer. This one in particular has a huge amount of heart and touches in many places on serious themes - not just Nancy and Jamie, and the treatment of Jack's sexuality but also the children in the last episode ("There was a man....") Great stuff.
and the first of newwho where there are no lasting casualities... just this once..... everybody lives.....
That'd definitely where he gets his 'meat' from... lol
The waiting for these to come out is agony! What I wouldn’t do to watch Doctor who from the beginning with a fresh mind again
Awww 💜 thank you for being so patient!!
This was great, loving it 💯 keep it up, Juliette 💜.
Thank you!! 😊💜
One of the best. Steven Moffat certainly knows how to write excellent stories. I don't think it's a spoiler (sorry if it is) to say you'll see further examples of his excellent writing. He also writes good comedy.
I am VERY down for some comedic Who episodes! Now you've got me excited for that hehe
One of the best episodes. Really liked the explanation.
Loved your reactions to this. A third outstanding episode in a row for me. You will love the rest too. Keep watching and bless you, Jules.
Thank you, Terry! We've had some great episodes in a row 💜
