INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup All purpose flour 125g
3 Eggs
150ml or 10 tablespoons fresh orange juice
4 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
1/2 Cup Sugar or 7 tablespoons
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 teaspoon Salt( adjust quantity base on your taste)
Air fry at 320F or 160C for 40-45mins

Delicious but I made a mistake of baking in my 7 inch bundt pan.. the lower portion was not cooked fully. Will use my 2 mini loaf pans in future .. 150 for 30 min. Thanks for recipe

Another winner ... TIP: for a more intense flavor use clementine's. This will be lovely with a good quality cream cheese frosting. Guess you can easy make ramekins or silicone cups for individual mini cakes. 🫖
