    1.
    Thumbs up. This was so well produced. I enjoyed how you let the homeowner narrate, and your camera angles and editing. Very professional.
    2.
    The Tiny Tranquility community is gorgeous. We would love to live there. My goodness. We appreciate Brenda's openness about the salt from the ocean. Every area of the country has it's issues and we understand that. We appreciate the heads up.
    3.
    Brenda, I adore your home. You were so savvy and insightful when planning the design. The tour and commentary you gave were perfection. I adore your home. Although I have different taste in colors and decorations, your layout and creative uses for items is perfection and made me realize this is exactly how I would do it. It's hard to believe this is only 20 feet long. It's literally perfect including the appliances, bed, bathroom and accommodations for a kitty especially a senior kitty. 🙂

    Brenda, your Tiny House 2.0 is beautifully designed! The wood detail is lovely, and your pop-up tables for your bar, work top, or sorting clothes is cleverly done while allowing you to fold them out of your way when not in use. I love your Southwest and Asian touches. Your cat has definitely been included in how you designed your home for him (her?) to age in place. Your tips for new tiny home dwellers is really very useful. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to buy one of my own, especially as there's no place to park them in Seattle, WA, but if I ever do I'll refer to your tips. Thank you for sharing. Jenny 🐦🥀🐝🦋

    So sorry to hear of t he loss of your first Tiny House on wheels. Thank you for sharing.
    I was always under the impression that a Tiny House & contents or any other hauled vehicle would be covered under the towing vehicle insurance.
    I'm sure the efficiency of the mini-split is due to closed cell spray foam insulation. Closed cell foam insulation creates an impermeable closed building envelope that does not breathe preventing outside and mechanically conditioned indoor air from diffusing in or out of the living space reducing the electrical energy needed for continuous heating or cooling. Regardless of the weather outside, the ambient temperature inside maintains at a constant temperature set to the desired comfort of the occupants.

    • @brenda1578
      @brenda1578 8 месяцев назад

      You would think everything was covered. But it was not for expensive insurance. I was homeless that night. Nobody's insurance would even cover a hotel room. The tow from freeway not covered. Storing my tiny till pick up acrued a daily rate. And, yes, I had extra spray foaming that helped!

      Brenda I can't adequately explain how much your tiny home resonated with me. I've been watching tiny home videos for years and seen everythingfrom the biggest top of the line to the most simplistic and yours is the first to make me realize and understand how I truly need my tiny design to be. It's hard to believe yours is only a 20 footer. Love your drop down desks and table and your comfy cozy and clever bedroom/vanity/office. Full size fridge. Washer AND Dryer. Loft. Cat accommodations. Your detailed descriptions and advice on designing one's tiny home were good. Never heard that advice before. I love the way your TH! How much does something like that cost?
    Every time I try to find a place to park one I can’t find anyplace under $800 a month. That’s ridiculously expensive. I’m on a fixed income so $800 a month isn’t working. I thought it was supposed to be cheaper.

      I stayed at Duck Creek RV Park for $435. mo. In a NorCal RV park for $375. mo. and in OR in the $600. There are affordable spots out there.

    Very nice video! Very informative too. Is there a link to that park you were in? They just don’t have tiny home parks down here. It looks like a nice place.

    What would be a material good for any environment? It makes sense that a thow would use such material being that it’s movable.

      My original tiny and 2.0 were both T1-11 plywood painted in a gray primer and 2 coats of exterior latex paint. This exterior has held up in both heat, salt & rain very well!

    This book is awesome if you want to see videos, pictures and drawings of sheds. But if you're looking for plans, forget it. This book doesn't have any. What it does have is a ton of cool stuff about how to build sheds, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxLum--iPp9YKZ09j1BMdHaBMLkrGfIbcm what they can look like, and what you can do with them. The author shows you how to make a base, a frame, a roof, and even how to organize and decorate your shed. The text is super easy to read and get. There are also lots of sidebars with handy tips and tricks that you might not know. The photos are really nice too. This book is great and I think anyone who wants to build a shed or is into sheds should get it.
