This was so helpful. I am taking Sandy's class but am not very deep into it and was really having a hard time understanding the difference in the charts so this really expanded my brain😉♥️
I didn't know she offered a class, I'll have to check it out! I'm so glad you found this video helpful though! Best of luck to you in your future marker adventures! :)
I used the Bee Paper company marker paper, it's perfect for use with alcohol based markers. The colors do show up a little bit more vivid on this paper, but I don't find it's that different from using my markers on bristol board or mixed media paper. The color difference you see might be because of the lighting in the video and not because of the paper, because rv04 is really bright for me too!
Great question! The hex chart comes as a digital download, so you can print it on whatever size you want. I print mine on standard letter size/8.5"x11" but I wouldn't print it on plain old copy paper, I would use something heavier like cardstock!
I find that 8.5"x11" is a good size for me personally. You can adjust the size by using a larger paper and changing the scale percentage in your print preview settings. You can look up specific instructions for your printer model on google. Hope this helps! ^_^
Honestly depending on where you buy, it can be $100+\- that price too. It’s all about shopping around and finding good deals. You don’t build a collection over night, that’s for sure. And these markers have gone up in price over the years. I definitely didn’t pay $6 per marker when I first started buying Copics.
Thank you, can't wait for Copic "dupes" video as well!
It’s also known as the periodic table of copics 😂💜 great vid
Thank you so much for this video! I soooo appreciate it! It definitely helped me understand the Hex Chart better and how to use it!
It would be great to see the hex chart compared to the copic color wheel.
Hi. Amanda Elise Art. I love your colors and that they go dark to light.
