Regular pants with zippers, for a small size person 1inch, and for a plus size person 1.5inches. You are welcome

Because the thigh is lower than the hip.
That’s to get the thigh line. In other to place your thing measurements.

I actually explained that in the tutorial. So I said that because it’s an high-waist pant, and also an elastic waist it is not mandatory to add some inches to the back. Even if you want to add, just one inch is okay.
