    For my branded inserts, I've started using QR codes linking to my shop with a coupon applied. I made the QR code in Canva and just started sending them a couple days ago. I figure it'll be easier for the customer to return to my shop this way

    Thank you for the inspiration and wonderful tips! I have been doing more creating and watching and haven't been listing! That's an important step if you want sales! haha. I struggle with the listing part for some reason? Even if I have paid mockups, I don't know what my issue is really - fear of failure I think? I am very appreciative of your positive attitude, especially for those just thinking about this or starting out. I have been really slow with all this due but I hope once I get into posting my listings in one of my shops things will pick up.

  • @Draco.Invictus
    @Draco.Invictus 6 месяцев назад +4

    You mention taking a selling design to other POD items (from a mug to a tee, a sweater, etc). Do you set up a new shop for selling tees? Or are your shops set up around a design niche (camping for example), and you offer a variety of different items (mugs, tees, hoodies, etc) just for that niche.

    I would have loved to but unfortunately, my shop has been permanently suspended. I have no clue why and they say they won't tell me and it's permanent. Seems I've stuffed up something really well in my first 17 listings. As far as I know, I followed all the rules and didn't use copyrighted stuff or any brand that I could find. It was good to watch your videos and learn from you. Only wish I could continue. Keep up the good work.

    • @MilenaKoncar

      It's up to your comfort levels of starting a business. If you have a background in website creation and marketing, then a website might be best. If you are at a beginner level and do not know where to begin and how to bring traffic to your shop throughs ads, social media and email, sometimes platforms like Etsy and Amazon are good places to start. You can always easily transfer a shop with print on demand sites like Printify to another platform later on too.
