And for the Cream Cheese video...
...here's the recipe;
Cream Cheese - 225g (8oz or 1 cup)
Butter (Unsalted) - 115g (4oz or 1 stick)
Icing Sugar (confectioner's sugar) - 375g (13.25oz or 3 cups)
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Don't forget to refrigerate to get the best consistency!
Some cream cheese frosting recipes are too sloppy for me. I don't have access to good block cream cheese and by adding the softer cream cheese later it seems to keep the recipe firm enough to pipe nicely.

This Recipe was FABULOUS! I've tried multiple times to make cream cheese icing. I've finally had to opt for store bought because I could never find a good recipe. I'll never ever, EVER buy store bought cream cheese icing again! Here in the U.S. we measure her recipe like this it: 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla. I was able to ice between 18-24 cupcakes with one batch. Even my "none-sugar-liking" hubby LOVED it.
I have made your recipe for Cream Cheese Buttercream before and I LOVE it. I was looking for something a little lighter and fluffier to use as a filling and crumb coat on a chocolate cake that I was going to cover with milk chocolate ganache. I looked for other whipped cream cheese frosting recipes and none of them seemed like they would be nearly as good as yours. So to achieve that light, fluffy texture I wanted, I followed your recipe then folded in 1 cup whipping cream that I had whipped to stiff peaks. It was wonderful and my husband loved his chocolate-chocolate birthday cake with the whipped cream cheese buttercream filling! Thanks so much!
AGHHH... Rosie’s cream cheese frosting, that’s all I have used since I stumbled across your website a few years ago now ... it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and then one!⭐️
I tried this recipe and it turned out amazing! Thank you!
Looks delish! And it pipes so smoothly as well. Thanks for sharing!
Perfect timing to share your cream cheese frosting! Though I love your basic buttercream recipe, I have been searching for another buttercream that is a little less sweet. I look forward to giving this one a go. xx.
I just made this and it is so yummy! Can't believe it has zero calories! ;) it's chilling in the fridge now and then I'm going to use it to make rose and hydrangea cupcakes. You're my new favorite!
just found your Channel and had to add it ;) not only i do love your recipes.. your sense of humor is also just great ;)
So simple! Wow thanks. I took me forever to get a good recipe. Thank you! You saved my day
i did it!...after a horrible experience using different measurement, recipe and method. tq tq tq...u r the best!!! its so smooth, tasty and with 0 calorie😉😉😉
Hello,
I used this recipe to make a rosette cake. Though it was very delicious, it softened fast and made it hard to pipe the flowers, the sides started to melt. I learned to do one later at a time and set the frosting and cake in the fridge to chill for a bit. Cake turned out beautiful.
Best cream cheese frosting recipe I've tried. I made this a while back and it was so fluffy and tasty and not sloppy compared to the ones i normally make. Great recipe!
Because of you, I must go and buy a recipe journal to write down all of these lol

It works out for me the second time. And they turned out to b beautiful!!!! I just have to keep putting the butter cream back in the fridge while creaming and piping. Otherwise, it will melt and collapse. Your kitchen must b very cool. Thank you so much. U r amazing!
I would definitely spend hours with Rosie talking about life and baking. I love her personality ❤️❤️
