I totally agree with the interviewer. Water is there or not Bangalore will grow and who thought people buy properties in devanahalli, kanakpura road, Bannerghatta road. 25 years back no ine was going beyond jayanagar
I agree with your discussions.outsider investors ruling us now bks karnataka people happy in owning one house when retired from job and relaxed life. Now every body rushing in investing multiple assets.si we are also waking up now. What you said is correct not investing is also like loosing profit. We lost hopes on BDA plots bks of sky rocket prices.now outskirts only left to us.kindly make vedio on good titled layouts in outskirts which has potential to grow. Thanks in advance.
Can you please talk about two topics in your videos - (a) Why there is cash portion involved and how as a company and as a nation we should strictly not encourage cash portion which is a threat to national security. (b) Are investors making money in a full cheque transaction after paying capital gains tax. Can you explain this with real life example where the investor gets to enjoy the profit he has made over and above market return without resorting to re-investment in another built property. I doubt any investor gets to make and enjoy any profit that he can blow it on travel, car, jewelry and such for the risk he takes to invest in a property. It will be interesting and encouraging if your videos can show these benefits
Life is really hard in bangalore now a days..traffic problem water oroblem climate problem pollution problem cost of living and morover intolerance by the locals towards outsiders..even if you have money lufe is terrible..better to stay in rentals and to move out of city to a better place when there is another opportunity..rather than to regret by making investments
I don’t agree with this guy saying there is no disputes or danger or risk in land , bull shit ! . There is too much real estate mafia going on in Bangalore that people are moving from property and rather investing in markets for the same .
