Been driving for over 32 years and it still amazes me today how so many of the industries we deal with only work 8 hours a day ! Most of them flip out if you show up on break or lunch ,or close to quitting time. They don’t have a clue what it’s like to work on deadlines or overtime. Don’t get me wrong it’s not all companies or all industries but there’s a lot of them out there that we deal with . NEVER EVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT A GO BAG ! Be safe brother ..
Yeah and getting stuck in some customers parking lot sucks also. I keep a gallon of water and a small plastic bucket, rags, small bottle of Dawn dish soap and can clean up pretty good if a proper shower ain't happenin for whatever reason. Going to bed sticky and grubby has always been a pet-peeve of mine out on the road but sometimes it's part of the game.
With your wheelbase and a 53 65 should be good I run a 53 and I don't have to much room on the front so I can really use 5 ft on the front and the rest off the back and I ride so smooth with a older 2003 379
