Toth being the player of the host country, her gestures of celebration is absolutely unacceptable, that brings shame to her self and her country the way treating a 'guest' player coming over to her country to compete. It does not matter 'when' she erased the mark, even after the point, simply the Action itself is Disgusting and Provoking enough to show the world who she really is, ... I have met some Hungarians, they are very nice people, a tennis player is representing his/her country to a certain degree !
