Nice layout.However,you need to get vehicles that match the time period the power and rolling stock represent.Seeing a city full of 30's and maybe 40's trucks and cars kinda takes away from all the prototypical operations going on around the layout
Agreed and during operating sessions, we do use time era locomotives and rolling stock. We plan on running an ops session soon and it will be filmed for the channel. stay tuned....
That’s a very astute observation! The layout is based in the 1950’s. When we have operations the layout is filled with period correct locomotives and rolling stock. Those trains are stored in a special location to keep them organized and ready for the next operating session.
