Xoralia implementation step 3: Associating libraries with Xoralia

  • To sync your SharePoint documents libraries with Xoralia, you need to be a Xoralia administrator. If and once you are a Xoralia administrator you will see the Xoralia settings at the top right of the Xoralia app. If you can't see the Settings button contact the person within your organisation who installed Xoralia onto your Microsoft365 tenant, or contact Content Formula.
    To sync the libraries click the menu item associate Xoralia with a document library, then proceed to search for the current site where the document library lives within the selection field.If you do have your document libraries created already, select the desired library with Xoralia and confirm. Alternatively you can create new document libraries using our provisioning feature.
    If you are using the Free version of Xoralia you will only be able to sync one document library. If you would like to purchase a license and continue to set up Xoralia with multiple libraries please contact Content Formula.
    As part of the association process, Xoralia will create three new metadata columns within SharePoint for you to populate. Once you've completed the syncing process for all libraries, head to SharePoint to fill in the required metadata and continue with your Xoralia configuration.
