Haha yeeeah I know the feeling! I insulated and put up cladding on 90% of the shed roof, and then moved onto something else that felt more pressing so there's just been sort of a hole in the ceiling for a couple of months. Since I started making stuff I've lost count of the amount of times I've started a project and then realised if I made 2 other things it would make the new thing easier to do. I've just been in a constant cycle of getting distracted and then eventually circling back

I like the design! I need to French cleat, but then before that I need to board the garage a bit, and before that I need to sort my life out.

I don't, sorry! I think I might have drawn a doodle of it in my notebook and then just figured it out as I made it.
