Hi, I have seen quite a few review videos from across the world but I found this video of yours to be quite comprehensive and useful. Thank you for taking the time to do this!
Great review, very informative - thanks a lot! My question is about dark surfaces. As far as I know most of these robots avoid dark surfaces (for ex. black ceramic tiles) because their cliff sensors get confused - is this the case with Dreame L10 Pro too, do you have any info about that? Any recommendations for other models which don't have that problem will be much appreciated! :)
@RobomateTv I am considering buying the Dreame L10 Pro. I have all hard floors and long hair. I saw in your test that lots of long hair gets tangled in the main roller brush. Can this robot operate with the main roller brush removed (relying solely on the 4000 pa suction to vacuum the long hair? I figure this could be a good workaround to avoid hair tangles and associated maintenance??
Hello, thanks for your videos! Would this robot be your recommendation in the £300 price range or there is another one you would recommend? Mopping is important to me but this one seems to be doing a good job. Thank you!
Have you tried a test running the robot vacuum cleaner with the roller brush removed? The scenario I had in mind was hard floors with long human hair. The human hair test always seems to be a poor result, with almost all human hair being stuck on the roller brush and never making it into the dustbin. I'm wondering if there is enough suction power to extract the dirt and in particular the long hair, with the roller brush removed. Would love to know your thoughts and in particular if you have run a test like this.
Interesting, that’s definitely worth a try. Not all robots work without the roller brushes in but I think it will with most. The hair equation is still mostly about the roller. I have some other ideas for future tests too…
Has the L10S Ultra been released in Australia yet, or only North America and Asia/Europe? It's taking forever for it to be released here for some reason I'm not aware of yet...
Haha. Roborock has split off from Xiaomi, with Dreame replacing it as the flagship vacuum within the Xiaomi ecosystem. At least, that’s my understanding of it.

Thank you heaps for the kind words! I really appreciate all encouragement :)
How well does it go over a big rise in the rug? We have a big pad under the rug. Will it go up onto it,?
Dreame L10 pro or Roborock Q7 max? :)

Dream L10 pro or Xiaomi Mop 2 Pro PLUS ????
L10 Pro robot is better but auto-emptying is good. Depends on your priorities!
Is the “quick mapping” a feature you have to turn on or activate? Or does it automatically do this for its first run?
It’s a choice but it should be obvious
I think I'm going to go with this one the roborock s8+ is just too expensive for our family
Very good value for money!
Will you review Dreame Bot L10s ultra?
yes, but it's a crazy busy time for me right now so it'll be January unfortunately!
It's January. Would love to see the L10S Ultra review.

@@PeterKnagge yes it was released in Australia about 2 days ago
@@joshuachellew oh wow, it is too! 👍 AUD$2599 is a lot more than I thought it would be.😕
what's the difference between the D9 pro and D9 Bot Pro? same also within L10 PRO and L10 BOT PRO. What "bot" stans for?
Nothing as far as I’m aware. Bot stands for robot. I think it’s probably just the full name includes the bot but most people shorten it
@@RobomateTV thanks !
Dream L10 pro or Xiaomi Mop 2 Pro Which one do you think I should choose, I will generally use the vacuum cleaner feature and my house is 90 m2.
L10 Pro unless the Mop 2 Pro is significantly cheaper. L10 Pro better in almost every way in my opinion
Dreame!? Xiamoi? Roborock. Jesus fuck they are trying to confuse you.
I still have no idea if i have a roborock or xioami lmao.
