      I agree. I work with startups to help in their development here in Brazil and Customer Development is the "Go To" methodology. Justin's way of explaining helps me to think about new ways to present it.

    Oops. The version of "Diffusion of Innovations" I have starts with Innovators not Early Adopters. So we can just ignore that group?

      Does angry birds really not solve a problem? Consider when people play it and ask yourself, what could they have been experiencing/feeling right before they decided to start playing?
