Sam Reader Great question. Imagine what steps these people are taking to try and solve their problem right now. Where are they going for solutions? Find the people who are frustrated or complaining about existing solutions and you'll find your early adopters (assuming they exist).
Thanks Justin for your reply. We can see that people are using substitute platforms (validates that the mechanism is useful to people) but we want to enhance the purpose of why it's used. Is this where it's useful to just release an MVP and hear feedback?
Sam Reader releasing an MVP now would definitely be better than a full blown product, but it's not the optimal move. optimal next step would be to validate your team can reach people trying to solve this problem in a scalable way. it's the "Offer Testing" complement of the FOCUS Framework www.TheFocusFramework.com
