Anyways the whole point of me posting this is that maybe not all of his fans wear black/red lipstick with heavy eyeliner/eyeshadow because of him.I wear black, red, whatever lipstick with heavy eyeliner because I like it and I've been doing it before I was listening to Manson. Sure they were wearing makeup (And possibly clothing) like him but it just seems appropriate to wear that at his concert..

i think the best thing to do to prevent the ability to sue is getting people to like you anyway cause everyone has a choice,just like say you get sick off a bad product you consumed from a local grocery store,and instead of going to the doctor and getting medicine and the diagnosis on paper starting the process of a lawsuit,you skip the doctor and go back and purchase and consume another half dozen of the same product that made you sick,well one of the first questions the judge may have for them is why didn't you seek medical treatment? where is a diagnosis and a doctors signature giving me proof? case dismissed!!!
i'm not saying that, but i am also in no place as a white person to tell people of color how to use or not use that word. reappropriation of terminology is a common thing in oppressed groups, hence the shortened version being used to refer to another person of color as a brother.
and no they ain't gonna arrest you, the most they can do is sue,or stop buying your products but if they started arresting people for that the whole damn country would be in jail.
