Driven from Michigan to California several times. Great seeing the land change, but Kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, NM, Nevada and Arizona are horrendously huge states with virtually nothing going on. Colorado at least has Denver and cool mountains but those western states are yuck to drive through, you can only marvel at rocks and desert for so many hours.
I have a very very important question did you see immigration checkpoints by any chance from Las Vegas to San Francisco.... Please let me know thanks a lot
